NACTF's school year closely follows the Huntsville City Schools Calendar: August/September - May/June of each year. Each class meets a total of 36 times per year (including registration and graduation nights). Some classes are held at the Huntsville Center for Technology (Huntsville), The North Alabama ABC Office (Madison), JSI Facility (Huntsville), and M & D Mechanical Facilities (Decatur). Apprentices will be informed of their meeting time and place the night of registration. Apprentices must obtain 8,000 on-the-job training hours during the four-year program prior to graduation. Tuition rates are announced prior to registration each year. Tuition is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors.
